"Come to Leeds and be prepared to be surprised."

Warm and comfortable for 3 adult men. Great VFM. Bathroom and kitchen well equipped. WiFi and TV both good. The owner is very communicative and helpful too. There is a cafe 5mins up the hill that does a great full English breakfast too. Catching a bus from across the road will get you into city centre in 10min (£2.50). A taxi from city centre back to property was £13. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Bigger bathroom towels would be preferred.

"I really enjoyed the days we live in this house. Traffic was convenient, near supermarkets."

The location is great, just approx. 15 mins driving time from Leeds city centre.

The handover arrangement could has room to improve. I believed the owner sometimes was unable to control preceding occupants to leave late, she could impose the rules more strictly, so that she could has sufficient time to clean and tidy up the house for us.
