Cozy 2BR Home Leeds Free Parking & Wifi Pets Welcome

For the price, this was a really tidy little property. Very spacious and very tidy. I was only looking for a one night stay so to be honest, I wasn’t looking for anything special, just value. I have to say though, I’d happily spend a few days here. We didn’t really use the facilities, but they were of a really good standard and everything was very clean. Tea and coffee were provided which was a nice touch I felt. The location is great if you’re looking to travel around a bit. We went to York, Leeds and Pontefract and it was very easy to travel to all. The bedrooms are probably the highlight as if like me you are taking teenage children, they have plenty of space to escape to as they like to do. Being from the country I did wonder if being so close to the road would be an issue but didn’t hear a thing.

The only thing we didn't like there was no non-slip mat to go inside the bath for the shower

Good parking, comfortable beds (but very small), well equipped kitchen, great shower, last minute late check out request accepted

Small double beds in both bedrooms, loose floorboards on the landing that rattled through the entire upstairs, no normal tv channels on the tv, kitchen cupboards very badly painted with gloss paint, all but one of the interior doors didn't close properly, no key to lock the back door only bolts, dog poo left in garden (I picked it up), garden not secure for small dogs, mirror in only one bedroom and plug socket far away from it

Well equipped and comfortable very clean house.

Couldn't watch live tv. Managed to connect our own netflix account to watch something.
