Air conditioning not function for 2 rooms…payment had been made a month earlier…the owner irresponsible…not recommended for others to stay here…not worth at all…

Bilik ada 3..luas..setiap bilik ada bilik air..saya berkeluarga datang dengan anak2 4 orang..anak2 selesa

mau turun kena guna lift sebelah kanan untuk ke parking sebab lift kanan saja boleh akses ke tingkat 2..sebelah kiri tu xda..keliru dan memenatkan bila ift sebelah kanan tu tak bergerak2

The location of the property in town makes it convenient. With the property being within Imago Mall makes it easy to get food, shop, get a Grab ride etc. Plus points for the property - very big and okay view of the sunset. water pressure was good. provided water dispenser so we did not need to boil water for hot drinks. The staff were responsive. The toilet was locked from the inside with the cistern water flowing. Staff came promptly to sort the issue.

The property is old. The sofas were not comfortable. Can feel the spring when you sit on the sofa. One of the en-suite bathroom in the middle bedroom has the toilet seat already coming off. The mattresses on the beds are firm but not comfortable. The pillows are also old and do not give support for a good night’s sleep. Possibly old already and time to change. When we checked-in, the floor of the living and dining areas were still wet from mopping. Each toilet was wet from being washed but not all the trash bin were lined. There were sweet wrappers left in the toilet which were not cleared during cleaning. The aircon in the dining area was not working but the host did not advise. Fortunately the aircon in the living room worked well and we had to keep the fan in the dining area turned on. The staff who came to attend to our queries did not knock or ring doorbell and walked into the apartment which surprised one of us.

very spacious and clean, the staff was also very friendly. Surely, will come here again ❤️
