Accueil très satisfaisant du personnel Petit déjeuner excellent Bien situé dans la Médina

Certains éléments laissent beaucoup à désirer. Notamment la salle de bain au confort très moyen : pas ou peu d'eau chaude régulière pour la douche, pas de tapis de bain, gel douche et savon bas de gamme, une cuvette de WC détériorée,.... L'accès au Riad par des venelles franchement glauques, sombres et sales

The property was clean, the roof view of the Medina is sublime. Spacious rooms and plenty of beds.

No hot water running, very hard to find.

We ordered breakfast twice, but it didn’t work out either time. We had to go out to find somewhere else to have breakfast.

Freundlichea, hilfsbereites Personal, Lage direkt in der Medina. Zimmer war ordentlich.

Teilweise war es laut, vor allem zu den Gebetszeiten. Aber das war weitestgehend zu verschmerzen.

Staff molto gentile

La struttura non si trova facilmente, su maps è segnata una strada diversa. La via è a fondo cieco, buia e con odori forti di urina e spazzatura (anche se non riguarda la struttura bisogna tenerlo in considerazione). Asciugamano macchiato, odore di fognatura in bagno e capelli ovunque: in doccia, wc e soprattutto nei letti.

Habitación amplia. Camas cómodas. Bonito patio. Ubicación cerca de principales monumentos

Difícil de encontrar por primera vez. El acceso es por un callejón angosto. No había personal durante la tarde/noche (necesitábamos unos vasos y no pudimos pedirlos)

Sorprendente. Imposible imaginarse e interior desde la calle. Algo difícil de encontrar pero como todo en la medina de Fez.

I really enjoyed my stay the place is beautiful. My room was clean, the bed was super comfortable, and the staff were very kind and helpful. I’d definitely come back
