Elia Suites - Old Town

Fantastic location lovely location and a hotbtub ....we couldn't have asked for more.

Location was very handy to walk into the old town. Clean and tidy. Lovely outdoor area. Would go back.

Very hard to find the place. Took us a couple of hours. Not anywhere near the address given, and no further instructions despite emailing a couple of days ahead of our arrival. This needs to be corrected. It is actually on Simonidou which is clearly marked on maps. Despite this - staff were friendly and we had a fabulous time.

Beautifully rebuilt and decorated. Perfect location. Quiet side “street”. Minutes walk to restraints, grocery, laundry service, and a bakery that opens early and has omelets in addition to pastry.

Communication with the manager office. When we called the contact person after we touched down the old town, no answer. Then contacted the manager agent office, the girl said would not find our booking, even I just informed them day before when we will arrive, the message came back said there are some one will waiting for us .We tried our best ( a few local helping and keep calling the contact person, asked someone to met where we were , just 3 minutes away, but we difficult to find the place) got the door, no body there, door closed. Lucky 15 minutes later someone arrived with pickup from the airport, after they checked in to the room, the young man found the key for us , and showed us our room. He was very helpful and also helped us checkout a few days later at 4am in the morning, helping carry our luggage from the property to the taxi station, organised the taxi dropped us to the airport. But the office helpless! From the beginning (a few months ago) to book, until the day before checked in , ( we booked and paid for stay 4 nights, during the wheat, our ferry canceled on our first day, so we end up just stay 3 nights) we messaged the manage company thought Booking.com all our update itinerary, they did reply quickly and said they would have some one there when we arrive, but nothing like that.

The apartment, number 5, was perfect and comfy. The terrace was so lovely. It was peaceful. The facilities were all we could have wanted. Check in was easy. The lady who cleaned was brilliant. We couldn't have asked for more.

Staff were friendly and extremely helpful throughout our stay. Great location in the centre of the old town. The room was beautiful, clean, well furnished, and the hot tub was a great addition.

Nothing – everything met or exceeded expectations.

Stunning decor loved every second of it. Brilliant location, hope to be back one day!

Little hard to find the property but a lovely lady came to meet us and escort us there!
