Elia Suites - Old Town

The apartment was amazing! It was a 5 minute walk from everything, but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. The pool was an unexpected surprise and we spent loads of time there. The staff were all amazing! Thank you

Contact with hosts: fast and friendly communications. Great advice on local amenities. V kindly carried our heaviest suitcase to the top of the building. Location: it's right in the heart of the old town but is also super quiet as it's a couple of short streets off the main drag. Close to a very handy and well-stocked supermarket and also some lovely restaurants (we tried Nireas and Romios - both had good food and atmosphere). Building: Rooms 1-4 had access to a gorgeous pool/plunge pool with shade, tables, chairs, washing machine and drying racks. It's possible the other rooms also had access. Room 5 looked like it had a deck with sun loungers and umbrellas. Room: We were in Room 4, at the top of the building and it was wonderful to open the door onto its gorgeous deck - panoramic views but with a few nearby trees to protect privacy, jacuzzi, two sun beds, a well-placed umbrella, table and two chairs, drying rack. The bed was super comfortable, sheets and towels were good quality, effective air-con but also great cross-breezes when the windows were open, plenty of space for suitcases, bench tops, stools, wardrobe. Kitchen area had large fridge/freezer, coffee machine, cooktop, all necessary utensils etc, some tea and coffee pods. Bathroom had plenty of space for one person to move around, gorgeous view from the little window, nice sink, shower gel and body lotion supplied.

Was fabulous and just what we wanted but if you really want niggles... Hard to tell in advance which room we were getting. Bear in mind you will need to drag your suitcase across cobbles. The shower leaked out a bit - but only to the drain in the middle of the bathroom.

The location was fabulous and the apartment itself is very unique and comfortable. Having two bathrooms was very handy. Lovely big terrace with loungers and a sofa, the loungers were very comfy. The host was also very helpful and kept in touch prior to the booking, he came to assist my partner to the property as it was a bit hard to find and his phone wasn’t working abroad, it’s not hard to get to once you know where you are going.

The only issue we had was there being some confusion around whether the terrace was private, there is a staircase that leads down to the ground terrace of another property

Location was very good. Lovely large roof terrace with a hot tub ( we didn't use it) and there is also the bonus of a small pool for guests. Lovely large room and a good shower in the bathroom.

The bed had a duvet on it when only a sheet was needed at this time of year. Would have liked a chest of drawers in the room and shower flooded a bit when in use. Also didn't realise that there would be so many stairs to get to the room.

Elia Suites is in a quiet area of the old town, close to everything but off the tourist track. The facilities have everything you need and the people are very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

a little difficult to reach with suitcases. A little complicated to park the car. Hard mattresses. it was a bit humid in the rooms.

Pleasant, helpful host. Comfortable, modern, well-appointed place. Kitchenet with plates, utensils and expresso coffee machine, Fridge in the kitchenet. Historical building that has been nicely renovated. Well located in the historical center and within walking distance to all attractions in Old Town Rhodes.

The area is being gentrified and a few old buildings look abandoned.

Absolutely loved the size of the space. It was perfect for 2-3 people. Loved the interior design, cleanliness, the comfort, and level of service we received. The location was conveniently located near a grocery store, pharmacy, boutiques, restaurants, and bars. It was right in the heart of Rhodes. We appreciated the air conditioning, fresh towels, and cleaning service everyday as well as the generous and kind communication with the host. They helped set us up with a car rental too one day. It made it so enjoyable and sad to leave. It was really great value for money.
