Easy to find and good location for our weekend in Botley, though be aware it is in the middle of a social housing estate.

Several aspects of the property need repairs / updates eg one of blinds, temperature in shower can’t be changed, noisy boiler going on and off during night, couldn’t lock patio door again when it had been opened, marks on carpets, flooring damaged in several places. Despite this it was over £350 for a ONE night stay! Definitely not ‘stunning’ as advertised

Spacious

One of the heaters is not working. Contacted the owner and bought over a small heater. The tap in the shower room is very hard to adjust the temperature.
