Very cozy apartment. Angela put us some fresh milk in the fridge which was very sweet. She was also very helpful whenever we had questions.

It was an apartment in a heritage house. The furnishing and facilities were to a very high standard

The property is beautiful, the pics don’t do it any justice. Clean, nicely decorated and has everything you’ll need for your stay. The location is perfect, literally minutes away from everything. I can’t say enough about the host, the folder with all the information you could ever need from, places to eat, instructions on how to use the coffee machine there were no stones left unturned. Angela was very helpful with giving me tips on planning for NYE. I cannot say enough about her, her responsiveness and being so warm and welcoming made our stay all the better. Def will be back next time we visit Denver!

Small fridge and no oven

Beautiful location centrally located within walking distance of the restaurants, grocery stores, pubs, and the Denver Botanic Garden.

This is a very nice apartment within an historic house. Everything was top-quality, and the hostess was very welcoming (via Bookings messages, not in person). She was also very easy to communicate with, and had we wanted more tips/etc., it would have been easy, I'm sure. Love the keyless entry, the lovely decorating, the overall comfort and easy but upscale feel of the place, the helpful binder with info and, above all, the milk frother and yummy organic milk that was provided! It was all awesome! It's also located in a nice neighborhood and we walked into the downtown-Denver area easily (maybe 1.5 miles?) though parking down there is not much of a problem.

Parking was sometimes a challenge as it is street parking - we once had a few block walk, though generally were able to find close and sometimes extremely close parking spaces. This was certainly not a deal-breaker!

My husband and I absolutely loved staying at the beautiful Pineapple House! How could we not? - it's a gorgeous historic home beautifully remodeled, comfortable, with amenities just as advertised. The house has been renovated and decorated with care and attention to detail. I was going around taking pictures of everything. There's an excellent selection of books and movies that I wish we had time to partake of. We recommend the Pineapple House and would consider staying here if we find ourselves in Denver again. The hostess is a sweetheart, most gracious, and all communication could not have been better.

For us there was very little not to like at this accommodation. As constructive suggestions, I would recommend to guests to be aware that if you're out late in the evening, you may have to wait and/or hunt for parking, as Denver is a very busy big city and the free parking fills up fast. Also, I can't remember if it's specified, but be aware that there are some stairs to go up and down - be sure to hold onto the hand rails. Another thing, the walkway around the house is uneven stones, though charming. Since getting older, I'm more and more conscious of these things.

The weird quarter step at end of staircase and just generally the number of places with a somewhat surprising step up or down.
