Pukka Hostel • El Nido

We took a room with king bed. It was, overall, comfortable and a nice stay. They provide you essentials like towels and bathroom tissue.

Not that I didn't like but more of having a simple menu for breakfast as other guests get confused with the meal selection. By having a breakfast menu, it will be easy for staff to spot on dietary needs and options they can take.

The property was quiet and quaint, budget friendly

The wifi was really bad, and you don't get cell reception at all. Rooms aren't cleaned regularly, unless a guest is leaving, would recommend booking a room if your budget allows it

My partner and I stayed in the private room. It was great value, with an ensuite, Aircon and an amazing view towards sunset bay! The parking was just In front of the hostel. The staff were very helpful and helped us to book the island hopping tours as soon as we arrived, and suggested a great spot to watch fireworks for the New Year's Eve! The location was great too. It was easy to get a local taxi (tricycles) to vanilla beach, sunset bay beach and El Nido town about 5 to 10 min.

My only tiny suggestions would be to have an extra rubbish bin in the bedroom (there was one in the bathroom). And the internet at times was unstable, but it was usable.

The room is spacious, comfortable and clean. The location is close to the beach but quite far out of elevation nido town.

The hostel had a strange vibe, we didn’t see any other guests and unfortunately the wifi wasn’t working for our entire stay which was disappointing.
