Beds were reasonably large. Close to beach. Empty

Staff were unfriendly and not helpful. The bathroom smelt like and had visible mould. The sink wasn’t attached to the wall and leaked all over the floor. We asked for an extension on our stay for convenience and they replied with they’d think about it and come back in an hour after knowing we were leaving for a tour in 30 minutes, prompting us to check out and look for a new place. When we were checking out (5 minutes later after rushing to pack bags and tidy the room) they asked if we wanted to extend our stay…. the cheek

Location and staff, especially April from the front office has been very helpful

Rooms are really nice, spacious enough and with a stunning sea view. Beds are comfy. Staff at the front desk is helpful and friendly

20% service charge is really much and does not really translate into exceptionnal service: rooms are not cleaned everyday, no daily towel change. Breakfast is just a couple eggs in omelette with a sweet and sour sauce. Gets very repetitive .. A few improvements: a comfy chair on the balcony, a minifridge, daily towel change, daily cleaning, and complimentary water bottles , at least on arrival
