Great location

Dirty/stained carpets Room extremely hot with no option to control temperature Dirty/stained bed cover

It was clean and tidy We were very unaware of noise from the pub downstairs. They are very prompt and stealth at replenishing the tea, coffee, toilet rolls etc…..

Nothing not to like.

Sehr schönes Zimmer, alles darin was man so braucht, gute Lage aber die Stadt ist natürlich auch sehr klein :) Gibt zwar keine Möglichkeit für Frühstück im Hotel, aber dafür gibt es genug Läden in der Stadt

the room was lovely and clean, quite basic but for the money it was great value and to be honest with the view you don't really need much more. will definitely be returning.

if I have to put anything, the only thing would be the size of the room, but hay, ho, they have done the best with the space they have.

The location was wonderful, about a 5 minute walk from the train station, and the Conwy Castle. Several shops and food places were extremely close too, including the pub downstairs, although I did not eat there. The view out of the window was great, even if the window was a bit small; it's clearly a very old building.

The floor was lopsided, which was interesting but not a huge issue. The shower had good pressure, but controlling the temperature was about impossible, it was too hot most of the time regardless of what I did with the control, and after several minutes it would be just right for a couple of minutes, then get too cold.
