Character, comfort and value for money

No Parking available other than 1 24 hour car park outside castle walls

Convenient location, comfortable bed, spacious room, tea coffee amenities provided, parking was not an issue

Everything was good. Toilet roll holder needs to be fixed, keeps falling off.

It was very central, and close to the castle entrance

No parking at the premises, short term parking at the vicarage car park is great (up to 4 hours pay parking), on street parking limited to 90 mins If you have mobility issues, the stairs at The George and Dragon may be an issue as they are steep

The lady behind the bar was very pleasant upon arrival. Sadly, I did not get time to use the pub. Too busy .

The location was good, in the town centre, the staff were very friendly and welcoming, the room just needed a few tweaks but was clean and comfortable, lots of cupboard space and a plentiful supply of tea, coffee and milk. We had a lovely view across the estuary.

again just little things, an uneven dressing table top that things slid off, could have been dangerous to put a hot beverage on, the towel rail came off the back of the door when I hung the towel up, but apart from that everything else was fine.

Great location and price. Right in the centre of Conwy, easy to find, with pubs, bakeries and shops on the same street. Could see the bay from our window and it was interesting following the high and low tides.

Very loud - from other guests of the hotel, drunk people at nearby pubs, quizzes/gigs at the pub downstairs and so on. Walls were thin and the window didn't fully close (though there wasn't an issue with heat as the radiator was on). Shower and tap kept on changing temperatures.
