Lovely room. Spotlessly clean friendly staff

Thursday night quiz. Saturday night pub singer both very noisy and then drunker shouting and door banging at 1am topped it off. We knew a room over a pub wouldn’t be quiet but didn’t expect it to be so noisy for so long!

Great location very clean in an old historic building.  it was perfect for what we were looking for. 

Such a friendly and welcoming place in the heart of lovely little Conwy! My three-room mini-suite (Room #5) offered a gorgeous, sweeping view of the river estuary, a comfortable bed, a large bathroom and plenty of shelf space for clothes. The location is perfect, too, just steps from the castle and the quay promenade, and a five-minute walk to the rail station. And the Saturday night pirate band (and colourful cast of locals) in the beer garden was great fun!

No complaints, though guests should be aware that the stairs to the upper floor are steep and somewhat narrow, and there's no lift.

Bit noisy,but didn't bother us too much.

Everything was great !! The location, the staff was so helpful, and pleasant, the room clean, it was easy to sleep, and close to stores and restaurants.
