"Fantastic trip to Rye"

Comfortable, quiet and clean. On road parking and a car park across the road. Central location and near to fantastic micro pub.

The key safe on the floor had to kneel down to do it not easy.

"A great find in the middle of Rye."

Lovely little cottage in the center of Rye. as pictured, modern, very clean, lovely decor and feels brand new. Location is perfect, next to train station and over night car park and a few minutes walk into Rye.

"Perfect place for weekend break with friends"

lovely place for a weekend break in Rye! The house was done up really nicely, was very comfortable and in a great location.

the only thing missing was some shower gel for the showers but otherwise had everything we needed

"A perfect spot from which to see Rye and the south coast."

House is beautifully presented, clean and comfortable. Two double en-suite bedrooms both exceptionally comfortable. Its location is perfect for seeing Rye - not in the old centre but right on the edge, near to a wonderful independent wine shop/bar and micro-brewery, with easy parking and just a 5 minute walk into the centre.
