Nozha Beach - Ras Sudr

The stay was great overall. Starting with the reception and the staff there, especially Mr. Islam, as well as the clean rooms with their new and comfortable furnishings, and the location being close to the main pool. The hotel staff kept checking in regularly to make sure we were satisfied with our stay. The food was tasty, and the chef personally followed up on the quality, but the variety was a bit limited and the dining area itself was rather small. The lifeguards at both the pools and the beach area were very attentive. Inside the resort, the streets were clean and pleasant. There’s also a supermarket and a beach restaurant with very reasonable prices, plus a café and other activities. However, some of these—like billiards and ping pong—were charged separately, even though they are usually free in most other hotels.

There are no landlines to contact the hotel departments—you have to use your mobile, and the response can be slow. It actually took a full day to get the room safe reset. The hotel management gave me a complimentary card to use the family bikes for half an hour, but when I tried to use it, I found that the bikes were under maintenance. There are no drinks or snacks available by the pool or the beach. The main pool is dedicated to the aqua park, and there isn’t a separate pool for adults. There’s a spiral slide that shouldn’t be used without a float / rubber rings, yet the hotel doesn’t provide floats even though most other hotels do—so no one really uses it. As for the kids’ play area, most of the equipment is worn out, but that’s understandable since it’s open not only to hotel guests but also to owners and renters in the village. Overall, though, it was still a good experience, and I’d be tend to come back again for short visits in the future.

The location is good, the seawater is clear, and the beach is mostly sandy and clean. The food was good, the restaurant chefs/staff (and especially the restaurant manager, Mr Osama) were all welcoming and caring. We found the restaurant to be the only well-functioning unit. Anything else in our stay was a real disaster, filthy, frustratingly shocking, and unsafe!

Only one key provided. Used/dirty plates & glasses in our suite. Dusty bed sheets. Faulty doors, my daughter got locked in the toilet. Complete failure of housekeeping. Unhygienic stay. Missing fire alarms throughout our suite 202! The collapsing buildings’ structure right next to us (see images of terraces that are about to fall off). They store *clean and used* towels/linens together under the stairs (outdoors) along with rubbish (see pictures)!!, which also exposes them to geckos, cockroaches, ants, dirt, & potentially rodents! (see images). Extremely understaffed & current staff overworked to the point of collapse. Sexist pool rules; they kicked out my daughter for not wearing a head cover, & my son for wearing a UV protection swimming suit top. Absolutely cruel to animals. My teenage daughter was terrified when a male from staff entered our suite (unauthorised) while she was asleep alone!! All pillows are too thick; no other options available. Noisy music played in their café & football matches played until 3am! Housekeeping cleaning after midnight! Reckless banana boat/water games boats speeding throughout people standing in the sea. No control for sea urchins; they are everywhere & really hurt. Aircons not working in Gym or Medical Clinic! Not providing WIFI access in the reception as promised. Filthy swimming pools and aqua parks due to water level being too low not reaching water filters. Management fails to take genuine responsibility; they hide behind the ‘soft opening’ claim for a place that has been running for more than 16 months! They emotionally abuse you to be satisfied or otherwise threaten to cut from the wages of the poor overworked/underslept staff. What’s really ironic is that they fly the EU flag outside their hotel; if only they knew how disrespectful they are to many EU regulations and basic human & animal rights, they wouldn’t have dared to put up the EU flag.

النظافه والاهتمام والمرافق بالغرف ممتازه واعلي الجوده والخدمات الاكو ممتازه وشاطئ البحر رائع وتتسم بالجو الاسري الهادئ

ينقص قليل من اعاده التنظيم أثناء الاوبن بوفيه ممايسبب قليل من التزاحم

الريسبيشن محترمين جدا ومتعاونين وخاصة استاذة ذكرى الموقع كويس المكان مريح لقضاء اجازة قصيرة

خدمة الغرف تحتاج لتأهيل الفريق جيدا الأكل متكرر الشازلونجات اللى على البحر تحتاج للغسيل والنظافة الشازلونجات على بسين الأكوا يحتاج إلى تغييرات حيث ان منها بعض تالف او مكسور

المطعم بعامليه فقطط

سأبدأ بأفضل شي علي الاطلاق وهو المطعم والطعام والشيفات وكل العاملين فيه وبشكل عام جميع العاملين بالمكان جيدين باستثناء القائمين علي الادارة وهناك خلط كبير بالمكان حيث الفندق vintro اما النزهه هى مجرد شاليهات ورغم اني كنت حاجز اتنين سويت علي اساس فندق اربع نجوم ولكن الواقع تم تسكيني بشاليه شعبي جدااا من حيث التشطيب والخدمه وكل شي مجرد شاليه شعبي جدا رغم اني المفترض حاجز اتنين سويت بفندق اربع نجوم لكن الشاليه بالواقع اقل من الشعبي وهذا خلط كبير يجب ان ينتبه له موقع بوكينج في هذا المكان فالنزهه يقوم بحجز وعرض شاليهات شعبيه جدااا ويتم حجزها على انها سويت بفندق اربع نجوم بقيمة ماديه لفندق اربع نجوم وادارة المكان فيها خطأ كبير بادارته وتسويقه بشكل مزيف ، العمال كلهم بالمكان طوال الرقت بيشتغلوا لكن بدون اليه او سيستم بيشتغلوا لكن بلدي اجتهادي وده مش طريقه خدمة مكان بيسوق نفسه اربع نجوم ابدااا في سوء اداره رهيب بالمكان وتزييف بالتسويق حبث يتم حجز شاليهات شعبيه تحت مسمى سويت بفندق اربع نجوم حتى الروم سيرفيس ما بيجيش فير بالطلب عدة مرات وبيجى بمساحه بايده كأنه جاي يمسح حمامات عمومي وكل ده مقارنة بالمبلغ المحجوز بيه علي اساس انه سويت اربع نجوم يستلزم تحقيق كامل من ادارة بوكينج

We are an American Egyptian family that came to Egypt for a visit and ended up deciding to choose Vintro inn as a place to have a vacation with friends. Our family is muticultial but the hotel was very helpful and caring in regards to making sure we were taken care of. The kids activities in the evening were amazing there is an amazing team that does dancing and cute games with the kids. There are lifeguards watching the kids and helping parents to take care of their children though it is your responsibility of course to ensure their safety. The care and security around was definitely amazing and there is a short walk to the beach. There is an around the clock golf cart to take you back and forth to the beautiful beach which has a playground and a cafe with pizza and drinks as well. It was not crazy busy as maybe Sahl would be but it was a great choice the kids always ended the night watching a movie fire show which was phenomenal , dancing , play soccer and eating at the little pop up cafes where the the evening party happens. We also did horseback riding little atv or beach buggy rides it was a wonderful experience and place for kids it's a family friendly place . We not only were given free tickets to some of these attractions but our room was UPGRADED to 3 steps away from the waterpark. The beds are absolutely comfortable and we had an amazing time.

Not much we didn't like maybe some upgrades to the facility would help and some anti slip mats for the stairs when going up to the slides at the mini waterpark. Kids did want a few more western options at breakfast and dessert but were very content with the amazing food as well. From the other reviews I believe they must have upgraded the food as we had a good experience overall. It's not an over the top fancy place but an amazing place for parents who want their kids busy from wake up to sleep.

فندق نضيف و بسيط عائلي لطيف جدا الاكل حلو و بيتغير كل يوم.. شاطئ رملي الأحجار في البحر مش مؤذية.. مارينا للصيد.. اسطبل خيل ذوق و ابتسامة كل العاملين في الفندق من أول الريسبشن والمطعم والهوس كيبنج.. اشكر ا أسامة و ا حسام و ا محمد على ذوقهم واهتمامهم
