Nozha Beach - Ras Sudr

The service was excellent!! Loved the beach wasn't crowded .it was clean and everyone there is civilized . Food was delicious, clean and more than enough quantity

We would've liked to be informed about to contact the housekeeping to clean our rooms or have any cleaning utensils inside the chalet

The facility is very clean and new and there was a variety of activities, the hospitality of the staff was exceptional led by Mr. Ahmed Hussein who was very friendly and professional and his team felt like they enjoy their work. The food was great in the restaurant as well.

Room was large and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast was good. Location is also good for getting to all the tourist spots. Would definitely stay here next time.

I enjoyed my 3 night stay, the room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable.The staff were friendly,and the service at the free breakfast was fantastic, I would book this hotel this hotel again without hesitation. Thanks also for mr/ osama, abdo and omar in the restaurant. And also I want to thank reda in the reception because he was very helpful and a nice person. And special thanks to mr/ Ahmed hussein, the hotel manager for his kindness and hospitality.

We were really pleased with our stay at the hotel as it is a very nice hotel, modern and with all the facilities needed. The staff are very good, especially the Reception staff who were very friendly and helpful. Also Mr/ Ahmed hussein, the hotel manager was a very nice man.

The hotel aqua park is wonderful and they have sliders for all ages however time needs to be extended. Staff is friendly and helpful specially the hotel manager Ahmed Hussien he is decent and very helpful also restaurant staff are very helpful Ahmed and Osama and all of them. Chalet is spacious and clean with AC available in all rooms. Golf car is available and Omar the driver is very supportive and polite ( time needs to be extended) Night activities are interesting, diverse and nice for kids with restaurants and cafes available.

Food needs improvement to include more varieties and extra options with proper quantities(sometimes we need to wait for the refill). Desserts need to be improved. Beach is nice but needs improvement to remove stones.
