I like the relaxed vibe of the place. I was able to work remotely when needed. The common area is spacious and it's not too hot there. They also have a restaurant called Nomads which is connected to the hostel. I can't say no to their awesome quesadillas and cold calamansi juice. The hostel is very clean and the dorm setup differs from most hostels. You have more privacy here than in most dorms. When you see it you will know. The staff is always friendly and helpful. When I need them they are available at all times. For sure I will go back here.

There is nothing unlikeable for me. Maybe a few mosquitos when I worked outside the common area haha. Mosquitos are nothing new in the Philippines. If you are too lazy for off lotion, long pants will do the trick.

**Review for Puy-an Hostel** I recently stayed at Puy-an Hostel and overall, it was a great experience. The place is new, so everything is clean and looks great. Each bunk bed has its own outlets and lights, which is very convenient 👌. The price is cheap and affordable, making it a great option for budget travelers. Also kudos to the very strong wifi. The location is fantastic, within walking distance to the beach and many nearby restaurants and cafes. However, the top bunk is a bit hard to reach, which can be a slight inconvenience. Also, there's no common kitchen available, which would have been a nice addition. One downside was the lack of visible rules for guests. There was a group that got very noisy around midnight and interrupted my sleep. I hope the hostel will put up warning signs to encourage peace and quiet during certain hours. The bathroom is clean and has a bidet, but there are no rugs around, which would be a nice touch. Overall, for the price and location, I would rate my stay 5/5. I hope they can maintain the current state of the hostel since it’s new, and it will be interesting to see how it holds up in a year. Adding a common kitchen and implementing quiet hours would make it even better.
