1. The lock box was stuck and the stuff said “it’s not our fault, keep trying the code” 2. The blanket has a strong smell of fragrance, in dark color. Which is definitely not clean and new changed. 3. The neighborhood is a completely mess, filled with trash. If you see this, do not choose this one, there are plenty of options near the new street train station, which is more convenient and cleaner.

Close to the hospital and shops

Room was very warm, needed a fan so we went a purchased one.

Did exactly what it is supposed to do! Great value and good location for Birmingham University and Queen Elizabeth Hospital

Just the rubbish around the area but this also part of the bin man strike so can’t blame venue

Es gab nur ein Handtuch für zwei Personen - uns wurden weitere Handtücher versprochen, aber nicht geliefert. Das Zimmer selbst war in einem "nicht so schönen" Zustand und könnte mal eine Renovierung vertragen. Ebenso war die Matratze verschlissen und müsste dringend ausgetauscht werden. Das Bad war sehr eng und es war kaum möglich, sich auf das Klo zu setzen, ohne sich die Knie zu stoßen. Die Lage des Appartements ist zudem in einem sehr verdeckten Viertel mit reichlich Müll und Schrott auf der Straße.

I had to book this place last minute as my airbnb got canceled. They provided the check in instructions immediately, there were no issues with communication or getting in to the property. Host/management also responded in whatsapp providing all the info i needed. They also followed up once i checked in to make sure im ok and did the same once i checked out. Great support!

The smell was a bit odd, but the open window solved this problem.

Not clean.Kitchen area obvious stains available .bed extremely old and blankets/Pillows very old.not comfortable at all.
