"Average but in a handy spot."

Other guests smoking at the front door all evening, very disruptive to my sleep as my room was next to the front door.

"A clean apartment close to public transport"

The accommodation was clean. It also provided everything we needed. Moreover the building was well-located and I a very safe part of the city. It is close to the busstop and the commonwealth arena. It was also a very safe part of Birmingham

At the end the communication was getting bad. I had to wait very long until I got an answer. In the beginning the communication was very good. So overall the communication was ok. But it could be better. Due to the high season and the Commonwealth Games the price was also very high

The convience of everything. It was in a great location where I found everything I needed. Communication with the owners was fantastic was well!

The toilet was a bit small but it was managable
