The hotel was outstanding!! 5* service from the very start. We were pleasantly surprised by everything! The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. Our room was extremely spacious and beautifully decorated with an amazing view of the mountains. The pool was right beside our room and has the most amazing views. The staff went above and beyond to help make us comfortable. The food was excellent as well. So good you even get a free 30 min massage included which was incredible! Only 10 minute drive from Ha Giang town, if even - the perfect post Ha Giang Loop relaxation that is definitely required! Such a peaceful oasis, would very highly recommend! Thank you ❤️

The An Chang Retreat & Spa was beautiful, the setting was serene and the bungalows were elegantly designed to a high standard, we stayed after completing the Ha Giang loop and it was just what we needed

The only negative was there was an event starting at 8am to 1pm, we didn’t know about it before we arrived and hadn’t anticipated the music at 8am, they were very apologetic and gave us free use if the onsen which was a real treat, and other than that everything was perfect and the staff were all lovely

We loved our stay, can’t wish for a better place to chill and indulge after 5 days on a bike. Villas are beautiful and luxury. Japanese style bath tab with a view is lovely. Very close to Ha Giang still very secluded. Spa & massage was simply great, one of the better once I had.

Breakfast could have been a bit better, but it is a minor thing I’m happy to overlook.
