The room was big and had a nice view, but there were many bugs inside

We ordered dinner to the room, and unfortunately, the food was inedible — the worst meal I’ve had in Vietnam during my 3 weeks here. Breakfast wasn’t good either, and we waited more than 10 minutes for the club car to pick us up. The staff also didn’t speak English, which made communication difficult

The place is absolutely beautiful — stunning views, lovely rooms, peaceful atmosphere, and very nice design. It’s a great place to relax and enjoy nature.

Unfortunately, the service really ruined the experience. We had to wait a long time for many things, communication was unclear, and there were several mistakes with our orders. Even though the staff tries to help when you ask, it’s not nice to have to ask for everything. We expected a discount because of all the issues, but didn’t get any. The hotel charges 5-star prices for food and spa, but the service quality doesn’t match

Fantastisk have, lækkert værelse, god seng, roligt sted. Søde personale der gjorde det så godt de kunne men de bør have undervisning i at kunne kommunikere, fx v hjælp af deres mobiltlf. Google translate både skriftlig/mundtligt kan gøre en stor forskel for oplevelsen.

Meget svært/umuligt at kommunikere med personale, trods Translate mm. Trods langt ophold hvor vi lærte nogle fra det søde personale at kende, forstod de gentagne gange ikke hvad vi bestilte - fx kaffe. Havde set fra tidligere reviews at det er et gennemgående problem på stedet - så ledelse: vågn op og giv personalet den fornødne supervision/oplæring, tak. Det skylder ledelsen at give til sådan et dedikeret personale som prøver at give gæsten en god oplevelse, men det ender med at man bliver irriteret på dem i stedet for og det er synd for dem. Ringe køkken med kok der åbenbart kun kunne lave 1 ret ad gangen, så min mand nåede at spise sin mad før jeg fik min! Og det var hver gang!! Maden var ærligt talt ikke særlig god! Spa og massage fantastisk, men intro til badet manglede samt oplysning om hvor lang tid man havde. Det var forvirrende. Og der manglede mulighed for at tildække sig som kvinde, et par shorts var der men igen overdel. Anden gang vi var i Spa` en tog jeg min badedragt på. Vi kunne ikke rejse pga regn og fik 1 nat gratis. Skulle dog betale for el, selvom strømmen gik hele tiden og Wifi ikke virkede. Men vi fik ingen information om noget som helst, hvilket var utrygt. Men ingen formåede at kommunikere noget som helst!!

Beautiful resort, a true heaven, built with exceptional care and selected materials, the room was so spacious and well furnished. The architect and the builders did an outstanding job The spot itself is beautiful, a niche of green and tranquility, jsut a few minutes from the hustle of the city though Very nice SPA It is a truly outstanding place, exceptional in North Vietnam

Staff was very gentle but lacks of training, very confused and disorganized service, in particular for the breakfast

The quality of the construction, the design of the whole resort, the spa team were above expecations

Service was bit slow and staff unprepared sometimes. But always friendly and ready to help, and I am sure they will end up making the retreat a great destination

The rooms are really nice and spacious. The spa is gorgeous.

We had a hard time communicating with the staff. We had multiple incidents they didn't do a great job handling. The restaurant was very pretty but the food was underwhelming.
