The spa

They have not clean our room and had to pay for the key card that we left inside the room

It is a new property, a year running and the owner and staff make every effort to assist you and improve. This was the perfect rest break in nature after the Loop. The spa, the rooms, the sound baths and the nature was wonderful. Peaceful and removed from town - a perfect rejuvenation spot. We booked 3 nights and extended another night. Could easily have stayed longer!

This is not a western country, so shouldn’t be held to the exact parameters of a western resort, for example, the bread and coffee are of the Vietnamese style, but totally satisfactory. The team are amazingly responsive in assisting with requests.

We had a wonderful stay. We were the only guests, so the staff took exceptional care of us throughout our visit. The villa was very spacious, with a beautiful view and plenty of privacy. They even picked us up from the bus station and drove us back free of charge, which was a lovely gesture. Breakfast had an interesting format, with dishes that changed every day (even though we stayed only for 2 Nights). They also prepared a pho for lunch especially for us, even though it wasn’t on the menu. The spa treatments were relaxing. The only minor downside was that they didn’t have passion fruit for their signature drinks — but the bartender went above and beyond to make sure we still had a great experience. The food was delicious, the drinks were excellent, and the prices were very reasonable. Highly recommended. Thank you to the entire team — it was wonderful!

Meilleur logement de tout notre séjour ! La chambre vue sur la rivière est sublime. Les équipements de la chambre sont digne d’un grand hôtel de luxe ; baignoire jacuzzi, toilette japonaise et surtout la meilleure literie que j’ai testée de ma vie !! Le personnel est souriant et adorable. Le massage offert était parfait. Le dîner ainsi que le petit-déjeuner étaient un vrai délice.

Dommage que les onsens ne soient pas inclus dans le tarif de base

The room was beautiful and the bathroom was fabulous. The bed & pillows were soft. I wish we had stayed longer.

The food in the restaurant wasn't as good as what we ate at the local restaurants, especially for the prices.
