Location:although far from ferry terminal, the secludedness gives a tranquil view of the sea and nature. High potential: villa with private pool/jacuzzi, for villa aqua, you will have the paddle boat to use. Explore the sea at your doorstep during low tide. Sunset/sunrise views were amazing Staff especially restaurant staff are helpful and accommodating. Food (local cuisine) is yummy

Needs maintenance: bicycles breaking apart, cracks here and there, some sheets look old, bathrobes well used. Sink clogged, curtains old, small holes. Fresh coat of paint needed at some area. Western food (only had the American breakfast once) need improvement. Local cuisine is yummy though

Too far from terminal and everywhere. Each transportation out to anywhere cost a bomb!

A remote and peaceful location, clean ocean to swim in with direct access from room. Private pool was excellent with a baby as the baby could nap in full sight of us inside while we took turns in the pool. Room was spacious and clean. Great buffet breakfast on days that it was served (on days it wasn't busy enough, an a la carte meal was brought to your room). Excellent menu range for dinners and cocktails. All the staff were super friendly and helpful and happy to arrange transfers and day trips.

Unfortunately the remote peaceful location meant you had no choice but to eat at the restaurant each night (but they had a great selection and the food was tasty and reasonably priced so this was fine). The facilities in the room and surrounds were a bit worn, but it was clean at least. They didn't automatically come and clean your room and we had to ask most days, nor did they collect your breakfast dishes automatically, but everyone was very happy to help when you asked. The main pool was being renovated which we didn't know about, but there was no shade up there anyway so we were only using our private pool. Feel there is lots of untapped potential at One of a Kind!

The pool, and the helpful and friendly staff. There are 2 bicycles per villa for guests to use within the resort. The resort is 1hr drive from Tanjung Pinang port but the peace and quietness is just what we wanted. FYI, the nearest convenience store is 10min drive away.

The villa that we stayed in was not well maintained. The doors are either falling apart or not easy to open/close. It would be better if the villas are designed such that the ground floor and second floor are connected from inside rather than accessing the different floors with separate cards.
