One of A Kind Resort @Trikora Beach - Bintan

it’s super pretty, the view was amazing. the service n staffs was 10/10 👍🏻

so many mosquitos, dirty lower rooms, the flush triggers the water to be flushed right outside the villa so it was extremely smelly whenever someone flushes. hair dryer was so weak, my personal fan was stronger. food was 4/10. not very sure how they have 5 stars.

We enjoyed our stay as the staff were very welcoming and friendly. They never failed to have smiles on their faces and they were quick to attend to any enquiries. My friend and I attended a karaoke session on the rooftop and the staff cheered along which showed how they are always pleasant and are good sport! The massage services were also relaxing and they were patiently waiting for us even though we arrived back to our villa 30 minutes late, emphasising the staff's great service. The villa is comfortable and clean and there is a bathtub, private pool, and automatic toilet with bidet which was great. The bedroom and bathroom is spacious. The free breakfast provided good options too. It was very peaceful because the villa is not within the Bintan resorts area. We explored the beach nearby during low and high tides and encountered little crabs and fishes. The beach was not crowded which added to the serenity of the place.

Also because it is not within the Bintan resorts area, this resort is quite out of the way from other places as it takes 1h+ to travel via car from the ferry terminal to the resort as well as from the resort to the different places where activities like ATV and mangrove/fireflies tours are held. The food at the restaurant for lunch and dinner was satisfactory so be sure to explore other food places outside the resort.

It is a good place to chill with your family. Food from.the hotel can be delivered to your room or you can eat at the hotel restaurant. There's a small pool in the room for you to have a soak.

Bathroom drainage was smelly. Resort is very secluded. Away from city. But 10 mins walk from the beach.

generally dirty with flies and little creatures flying around since it's near the beach

Shop in hotel needs to be stocked a bit more and there are no food options around the area so hotel food can be a bit more varied

friendly staff who are helpful, understanding and accommodating!! :-)) it made the stay really enjoyable. perfect for a beach getaway with cozy vibes and amazing sea view!!
