"Bad service from the agents and bad akrotiri units"

The location of the place and the fact that its walking distance to Thompson beach

The customer service from the agents was very bad. The apartment was not so clean and it was smelling chemicals. We contacted the agents using the emergency number as the landlines was not being answered to check if they cant move us into another unit. The lady that answered the emergency contact number was extremely rude and so disrespectful she went as far as telling us that what we are saying is nonsense We are so not pleased

The area was beautiful.. Very comfy.. The place was quiet

The single beds were not comfortable at all.. I had to sleep on the couch. The sleeper couch does not work. There were not enough towels
