Beautifully clean , great views , this new lodge was everything we could have hoped for

The dirty linen under our bed, Seaview was actually a 3rd row view of 3 caravans and needed passes even for bar and restaurant. Owner said bar and restaurant could use for free. Wrong!! Mislead

The caravan was clean

Ran out of gas spoiled our stay had no heating or hot water for over 12 hours and we were absolutely freezing this should have been seen to before we arrived as my husband has health issues it was not acceptable!!!! No bin for rubbish and no dish towels no instructions to work heating system and no welcome pack tbh we won't be returning host said she done everything possible but I don't agree should have been reimbursed for one day!!!!

The property was clean and warm. Great location! Would recommend. It was also pet friendly we took our 2 dogs

Caravan was clean. Shower was good. Fairly quiet area. Dog walks.

Mis-sold as a beach front property. Quote: " Boasting a balcony with sea views, a private beach area and an infinity pool, 32 Bayview Oceans Edge can be found in Morecambe, close to Half Moon Bay and 11 km from Trough of Bowland. This beachfront property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi." This was not a 'beachfront' property, it was three rows back! Not a balcony, a verandah. No idea where the 'infinity pool' is! Booked a three night/four day stay and came home after two nights. The settees were too uncomfortable and wi-fi was almost non- existant. We had stayed at Ocean Edge before and loved it, with a front row sea view. I realise it is a three bedroom, so smaller, but the corridor was very small and a squeeze!
