Caravan very clean and well equipped

The way the caravan was advertised was not what we got. Stated a sea view .... 2 caravans and 2 roads in-between Stated a Sauna... didn't expecting caravan but passes to use but had to pay extra if you wanted to use in clubhouse Lightbulb went in main bathroom, classed as not a priority, couldn't use once dark. health hazard if tripped, no shower after 9pm Stated sleeps 6, beds so small and very uncomfortable. Not enough seating if 6 people booked would of booked a different accommodation if known no sea view and paying for sauna

Everything was perfect so no issues

The property was beautifully presented and very comfortable. The location was ideal for our short break and, although slightly limited, we did have a sea view. The deck was nice to sit out on and all facilities were as described.

The bedding (duvet and cover) in the main bedroom was dirty (all other bedding was fine) and the single sheet did not fit the bed and came away easily. The cutlery drawer was lacking scissors.

The location was good, we enjoyed walking the dogs across the field. The caravan was lovely and clean, and had everything we needed.

The main bedroom was great with a double bed, but the other two bedrooms do have smaller beds, we expected that and fortunately we aren't very tall.

Property was clean, comfortable and situated in a decent place on the site. Had everything you need for a nice break. Some decent walks with our dog when the wind & rain calmed down.

The reason for the 7 rating is because the smart TV would not connect because the WiFi signal is really weak. I even tried to install the freeview channels but despite having an aerial outside none of those would install either. This was only really a problem because we probably had the 2 worst days weather wise that we have had for a while (Storm Kathrine) so was limited to time outside.

We didn't stay at 32 due to it not being cleaned on arrival. We were directed to no 37 (Julie was very helpful) instead which I think was a smaller property.

No37 seemed to be smaller than what was expected of no32
