the accommodation was really good. clean and comfortable with everything you need for self catering.

not a reflection on the owners but everything on the park was closed due to a fire in August. we didn't find out until we arrived and I do think we should have been informed and given the option to cancel. no WiFi at all and nowhere to get food or drinks. we had to go 15 minutes drive into morecambe. also we went home early as I'm disabled and we couldn't get the heating on abs it was freezing

The caravan itself was absolutely fine , but there had been a fire two weeks previously to booking and none of the facilities where open and the place was desolate, The owners had omitted to inform me of this , obviously just to get the money in. It was impossible to stay there as there was nothing and no one on site. As I was accompanied by my 3 year old grandson and poorly friend , we stayed the one night( booked for 3 ) then came home as all the power in the caravan went off too . I tried to get a partial refund as there were no facilities as promised , but they weren’t having any of that and got damn right rude. Even trying to blame me for leaving dog hair everywhere ( my dog doesn’t shed) I’d avoid at all costs . The place itself is dismal , you gave a nuclear power plant at the side of you , and the beach is just mud . Seriously, go somewhere else. I’m currently fighting to get my money back , a partial refund would have been ok , but as they’re been so rude I’m going for the lot ! Stay away !!!!

The vendors

The van was good and the beds very comfortable There was a handwritten note stating fees had been reduced so we are awaiting information as to how we have will receive a partial refund.

All site facilities were closed as they had previously suffered a fire. There was no Internet. No one advised us of this although other visitors had been told in advance, offered alternative sites or their money back.

No facilities or WiFi because of a fire on site which happened a week before my visit and before I actually booked but only found out when we arrived.

The caravan was lovely home from home location very good enjoyed every minute of holliday
