It was very quiet and we had nice weather during our stay,the views were also great.

Unfortunately on our arrival we were told all facilities were closed due to a fire in which we found very misleading after purposely staying here so the kids had some great activities. The property is desperate for a deep clean as bedding and floor had a lot of dog hair on them,which the owner since speaking said we was wrong and she employs the best cleaners. We also found a photo pin on the floor next to our 2 year olds bed which was confusing as the owner has the best cleaner. The WiFi is not very good at all which was disappointing for the kids wanting to watch their iPads at night time . Unfortunately we tried to contact reception for directions to the closest onsite bins to get rid of waste and they could not help,so we placed a bag outside which seagulls attacked which I can only apologise to the owner for any inconvenience which she proceeded to say we had left it a mess which was untrue and having discussed about our issues and the stay and explained we would leave a truthful review we didn't and certainly wouldn't ever of asked for any sort of refund but we think we have the right to leave this review in which she basically blackmailed us saying she will take £100 out of the account depending weather we left one or not. We never spoke to Jon, we only spoke with Julie and after airing our concerns she was very outspoken and very rude wouldn't hear our thoughts, over talked and resorted to try and black mail us.

"Ticked all our boxes"

Van location in a nice quiet part of the site, lovely partial sea view from lounge window, comfortable sofas, nice colour scheme and good bed linen, easy access via a lock box, good communication from host. Useful to have 2 toilets. Hope to return again.

A pair of scissors in kitchen and bath hooks in bathroom would be useful . Issue with gas supply swiftly resolved by owner via site maintenance team

32 Bayview is a new caravan in a great location .It’s close to the beach and all the facilities but still peacefully quiet . The facilities reopen in the New Year . We went to Morecambe , Lake District and Blackpool , all less than 30 minutes drive away .Would highly recommend this exceptionally clean , cosy caravan

"Not happy"

The van clean

There was nothing on site. Was told at reception everything was closed because they had a fire in August.we were only told when we arrived we didn't get the option before we arrived... Did complained to owner who said the price was reduced because of this ... Contact owner about no heating was fixed after 7hrs on a freezing day... Had to go out to get warm... On the last night all the back of the bed wall and bedding was wet... Did contact the owner but no reply.

"Disappointing stay"

Good location for use

It wasn’t what I paid for. I have stayed at number 32 before. It was very nice very comfortable and spacious for 4 big men. We was moved to number 37 which was smaller and had a funny smell and the furniture could do with a good deep clean. I was told it was booking.coms fault, but it was an upgrade. In my opinion it was a downgrade.
