Spanish Villa Suite 54 - Indian Rocks Beach Condo Across the Street to Beach Access, Newly Remodeled & Walkable to Restaurants!

Beautiful place, very clean and close to beach highly recommend this villa! Very beautiful and tastefully decorated

Location. The unit had everything needed for us.

It will be nice when the rest of the units are completed. It looked like renovations, taking place on a unit nearby that had a lot of junk outside the front door.

Location and plenty of parking. Apartment was remodeled, clean and organized.

Construction noise

Apartment was cute and location was great.

There was not any of the beach supplies pictured available for use. The bed was very uncomfortable. The house smelled of cigarettes and dingy. There were weird stains on the ceiling of the bedroom and the comforter. The grass outside the apartment was so tall and over run with weeds that our dog could not even use it to go to the bathroom.

The area was a great location! Walkable to restaurants, convenient store. It's located directly across from a beach entrance. Our suite was very clean and comfortable. I had a couple questions through text, they were answered timely. The suites around us are being remodeled, but it did not affect our parking nor did they disturb us. Great place!

My outdoor chair had a hole in the seat and was uncomfortable. Would like to have had more wash cloths so I don’t have to go to the laundry mat before my trip was over

Great value, good location, nicely appointed cottage feel, with plenty of board games, two TVs, nice kitchen, bright & cheery inside.

Several units next to us were being remodeled. The first day we arrived, the workers were present playing loud music, using a loud power saw, and we needed to step over lumber and molding on the pathway to our door. It was a bit unsightly outside with drywall, cabinets, and countertops lying around waiting to be discarded. Also, when we arrived the entry code we were given was wrong. We needed to call the property manager to get a new code to open the door.
