You're frauding handicapped people by putting in that the hotel is handicap accessible and then wheelchair accessible bathrooms that wheelchair accessible facilities you guys need to knock it off I spent $200,000 on booking.com and you've made fees off me and your handicap accessibility is probably a hundred times in the last two years I got burnt I want to talk to a manager or a president I'm not happy and I want to cancel I want my money back and I'm going to start on every hotel that you put on your web page that is handicap accessible staff free entrance wheelchair accessible unit wheelchair bathroom anything to do with wheelchair accessibility and when I get there is a US solo travel through Europe Minnesota Scottsdale Florida you've burned me your marketing a product that's not there and I'm not happy I want to hear from now and give me my money back on this I'm going to go backwards for the next two years and we're going to get credited everything trust me

Schöner Swimmingpool, sehr sauber, Rollervermietung möglich, wir hatten falsch gebucht und es war kein Problem eine zusätzliche Nacht zu den gleichen Konditionen zu bekommen. Gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstück.

Das Wasser in der Dusche hatte eine Ewigkeit bis es abgelaufen war. Das Hotel hat keinen Laundryservice und niemand konnte uns sagen, wo wir unsere Wäsche waschen lassen konnten, wir mussten selber suchen. Leider konnten wir durch das Hotel auch keine Bahnbillete buchen.
