Great views, location and breakfast.

Beautiful big pool. Location spacious, nice and quiet. Much better than the busy main road. Easy 10min walk to beach or $2 tuk tuk Food ok. Normal restaurant prices

Location and how clean it is.

Nothing

The view was incredible. The staff were accommodating and always had a smile. It was easy to hire a motorcycle, and I had no problems with it. The location was great, and it’s close to everything. The pool was nice.

The breakfast could’ve been better. The bathroom had blinds that I had to constantly wind up and down every time I used it for privacy

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. The area is not overly developed so is quiet and relaxing. The hotel is modern and looks to be popular with tourists and locals. It was quiet when.we stayed. A good base for exploring Kep and surroundings.

Lunch options ok

The staff were amazing, so friendly and accommodating. The pool was good big size. The bed was very comfortable had a good sleep. Lovely and quiet rooms too.

The sun loungers were uncomfortable old fashioned hard white plastic (first time encountering these in 3 months in south east Asia) , our room wasn’t cleaned or made up for us. We ran out of toilet paper on the final night as the one in the room was already somewhat used when we arrived. Broken loose tiles were in the pool. The shower needed some maintenance as it came away from the wall. Some of the furniture in the room was stained or damaged. The complaints are ones that can be fixed and would bring the hotel back up to its 4 star standard but they should be reviewed. I usually wouldn’t be so hard on a hotel but because it is deemed a 4 star resort, for the price and compared to some lower rated hotels in Cambodia it did let itself down.

Outstanding staff throughout the hotel. The reception front desk girls called guesthouses for me in advance to make reservations (I am bike touring SE Asia) in Angkor Chey and Takeo as I needed to make reservations in advance. The breakfast at poolside was fantastic (great menu to order from) . I had two dinners at the poolside restaurant which were outstanding. The room was big, bed very comfortable (best sleep I've had in Asia). The room also had a safe (that worked!). TV had many English channels, HBOm BBC Animal Planet, AXO, Discovery. Very good and fast WiFi in room. Kettle for making coffee.

The only complaint I had was the balcony light stayed on and I was unable to find any switch anywhere in the room to turn it off.

The pool was PERFECT! The lack of English fluency with all the staff with the slight exception of the well meaning Manager was a continual challenge.

I, stupidly, lost my wallet while riding a scooter very shortly upon my arrival. The manager was helpful but not proactive in my futile search for the wallet which contains ALL my credit cards. Nightmare.
