The Guest House 1 at the booming center of Miraflores, Lima - Peru

Plenty of room. Everything worked. Attentive staff. Good location.

Some of the furnishings were old, but within reason for the price.

The apartment was on the 12th and top floor of a building, accessible via an elevator or stairs. We arrived earlier than check-in time and Yvan was kind enough to let us leave our luggage in the apartment and change our clothes for others more suited to the temperature of Miraflores and the rest of our activities. The place was very quiet and comfortable and spacious! The view from the living room is beautiful! Our stay was short and we were not very present at the apartment except to sleep. Our sleep was peaceful! Yvan was very helpful in answering all our questions by text message, but especially by well-detailed voice messages. I recommend this apartment very well located!

Our arrival was a bit chaotic with the building’s concierge, but we contacted Yvan and everything was settled quickly. Nothing else negative!

Perfect location, 3 minutes walk to Malecón and few blocks from the entertainment and restaurant area The apartment is equipped with washing and drying machine and a full kitchen. The building is secured 24 hours Yvan is very responsive, even prior to arrival.

The noise from the street is loud and 24 hours The apartment needs updating

¡Excelente estadía en Lima! La ubicación en Miraflores fue excelente: muy segura, fácil para caminar y cerca de restaurantes, cafeterías, tiendas y el malecón. Hizo que explorar la ciudad fuera muy fácil y conveniente. La zona tenía un gran ambiente tanto de día como de noche. Definitivamente me hospedaría aquí de nuevo y lo recomendaría a cualquiera que visite Lima. Great stay in Lima! The location in Miraflores was excellent—very safe, walkable, and close to restaurants, cafes, shops, and the waterfront. It made exploring the city very easy and convenient. The area had a great atmosphere both during the day and at night. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Lima.

It was really spacious and in a very good location. Also Ivan was really helpful and communicative. Totally recommend!

Hervorragende Lage in Miraflores, in direkter Nähe zum Malecon. Sehr komfortable Wohnung mit gemütlichem Wohnzimmer und sehr bequemen Betten. Der Host Yvan ist einfach super und bietet eine ausführliche EInführung in die Wohnung und ist immer erreichbar.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing stay! The host was very welcoming and gave clear instructions. The apartment has a stunning ocean view, and right in front there’s a tennis court - he even kindly offered us to play there although it’s a members’ club. After a long hike, it was super thoughtful that he let us use some washing products. Everything was perfect, 10/10!

Fantastic location! Very close to shopping, restaurants and the sea view walking path! Coffee and water bottle provided. Well equipped kitchen and bedrooms. Large spacious apartment on the 12th floor. And washer and dryer available for use!!

Floors could have been cleaned better. So could not go barefoot in the apartment. Used socks indoors.
