A lot of activities around, kept us entertained & enjoyed the live band at dinner especially

Just the pillows, although they were changed at some point so very thankful for that too.

"I booked this hotel with high expectations and paid extra specifically for an ocean-view room. To my disappointment, I was given a completely different room that was nothing like what I paid for. After raising the issue, instead of taking responsibility and fixing the situation, the receptionist dismissively told me to cancel my booking and claim a refund from the site I used. This attitude was not only unhelpful but extremely unprofessional. It is unacceptable for a hotel to treat guests this way, especially when they have paid extra for a promised service. I strongly advise future guests to be cautious when booking here — double-check your room on arrival and do not assume you will get what you paid for. My experience was very disappointing and far from what was advertised."
