The best Resort I have ever been to.Everything about this place was amazing. We had a sea view deluxe room and that was money well spent.The staff were very friendly, hospitable ...It felt like home but the luxurious type😁The food was Devine.The Chef was very friendly and made time to greet the diners ..You will not regret spending a penny on this resort...Live shows every night were also 👌

The views were amazing and all the staff are very nice and helpful. There is so much to do at the resort which made every day feel different, and the food was amazing.

Amazing holiday! Stayed as a family with kids of 8 and 2 on the all inclusive package (highly recommended for value and ease). Whole resort was beautifully kept and very clean. Food was good and varied with enough options to keep everyone happy through the day. There were also plenty of activities to keep everyone happy, including mini-golf, tennis, pickleball, table tennis, pool tables, table football, water sports and more. The gym is decent for a hotel. There's also (proper!) golfing and horse riding if that's your thing. The beach is just 5 minutes walk from the main resort with a lovely beach club, pizza shack and watersports. But we mainly stayed in the main resort as it's just a lovely place to hang out. The upper swimming pool must be the longest I've ever seen at a hotel and great for doing serious laps. The lower pool has sand around it so feels a bit more beachy and relaxed. The kid's club is one of the best I've seen, with a wonderful childminder Sakina who my children adored. It has a lovely shady, sandy playground with climbing frames and lots of outdoor toys - my child spent hours making sandcastles. Inside it has lots of different toys, arts and crafts activities, and even a PS5. Everything was very clean and felt very safe. My kids never usually want to go in kid's clubs but with Sakina they were both instantly happy and so sad to leave her at the end of the trip. In the room, we appreciated having a proper fridge to keep water and snacks in. And the turndown service when the staff sprayed against mosquitoes and closed the nets around the beds. Overall a brilliant stay and would gladly return. Huge thanks to all the staff who are wonderfully friendly and helpful but without being overbearing. And special thanks to Sakina from all of us!

There wasn't anything that made us unhappy so these are just suggestions for things that could be even better: The rooms are a bit dated and could do with a refurb, but the bathroom was nice with a great shower. We stayed in a standard room as we booked late; it was not hugely spacious, especially with an extra bed, so would try to book a larger room next time (although there isn't a lot of variation in the rooms available). I would have liked a soap dish (always baffles me that hotels give you a bar of soap but nowhere to put it!) and somewhere to hang wet clothes/swimwear. We improvised with coat hangers on the front of the wardrobe, but would be good to have a washing line in the bathroom and/or on the balcony. On food, especially on the buffet, we would have appreciated some more simple kid-friendly options. Most of the buffet items were covered in dressings or herbs, and on a couple of evenings almost everything was spicy. We managed, but it would have been good to be able to order some simple pasta and plain steamed vegetables sometimes. We were a bit confused about lunchtimes on the all inclusive package - when there was a buffet on in the main restaurant, the staff seemed reluctant for us to order from the menu. We weren't sure whether we were allowed to or not, which felt a bit uncomfortable. One lunchtime we ordered for the kids as there was nothing they wanted to eat from the buffet; we assumed we would need to pay extra but we weren't charged at checkout. It would be good if the package could be made clearer, especially for lunchtime at the main restaurant.
