Alfama Tailor Made Blue House With a View #1

Excellent location. The apartment is well-equipped. Comfortable beds. Beautiful view. Quiet and peaceful. Shops and restaurants nearby. Tram number 28 stops right at the entrance of the building where the apartment is located. Highly recommend.

Piękny apartament, duży , przestronny , świeżo odnowiony , bardzo dobre wyposażenie, łóżka bardzo wygodne . Położony na drugim piętrze , klatka schodowa duża , przestronna . Lokalizacja bardzo dobra , w spokojnej okolicy , w pobliżu tarasu widokowego, niedaleko jest rzeka, w sumie wszędzie jest blisko , tuż przed wyjściem jest przystanek tramwaju nr 28. Polecam pobyt w apartamencie

The location in Lisbon was excellent, right in the beautiful Alfama district and directly next to a tram stop. We felt very comfortable in the charming old building apartment with its high ceilings. Our contact was very friendly during check-in, and we really appreciated being allowed to check in earlier than planned.

In the living room there was a clearly visible water damage on the ceiling above the artwork, and the wall felt damp to the touch. We reported this, but the reaction was rather relaxed, with the impression that it would be looked into at some point, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, I would recommend replacing the pillow fillings in the bedroom, as they were quite yellowed and stained. Since pillows are in direct contact with one’s face, this did not feel very pleasant.

Das Mobiliar ist schon sehr abgewohnt.. die Mieten in Lissabon sind allerdings sehr hoch, daher ist das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ok

La communication pour les clefs car aucune information sur le numéro de la porte. Nous n'avions pas de téléphone, il a fallu demandé au dépanneur de téléphoner pour nous. Pas de réponse avant midi. Plus difficile de communiquer à l'hôte avec booking.com.

Ottima posizione, ci si muove facilmente a piedi e con la fermata dello storico tram 28 proprio sotto casa. Struttura silenziosa, pulita, con cucina fornita di quanto necessario e letto comodo. Host discreto e disponibile a fornire informazioni, ci ha fatto omaggiato di una bottiglia di vino bianco

Dimensioni adatte a 4 persone, Posizione strategica, con tram sotto casa, disponibilità dell’host, presenza lavatrice.

Mancanza armadio o comunque di ripiani d’appoggio per abiti - consiglio inoltre di indicare il numero civico (108) della struttura o mettere una targa sul posto perché nella strada vi sono almeno altri 3 B&B e senza il civico all’arrivo eravamo disorientati e non sapevamo dove dirigerci , dove e a chi suonare e abbiamo dovuto richiamare 2 volte il n.
