It is a lovely home in a central location of Newcastle.

The kitchen was nice & clean & spacious. Nice big TV. Three bathrooms. Good heating.

Better healthy soap. Free from sulphates etc.

Property was excellent and great location , everything you needed was there , very spacious accommodation.

Saturday and Monday woke up at 7am due to construction work and would have stayed there if knew that was on-going ! Not relaxing stay at all

The location was very suitable, close to all amenities in Newcastle and a conenvient location to tour the north East of the country from.

No complaints, all good.

Location was good. Easy to find and easy walking distance from town centre & shore.

Had to rebuild kids bunk bed as most screws were loose and the ladder was completely detached at one side, completely unsafe and dangerous! Obviously not well cleaned between visits, found a part-used tube of someone's lube under the bed, totally disgusting! Dirty dishes in kitchen cupboard had to be washed before use. Light sensor in main bathroom round a corner from the shower so had to bring a torch or wash in the dark. Mixer tap/shower switch didn't work so taps running as well the whole time you shower. Total waste of water and energy. Same for light sensor in en-suite shower room, had to open shower door and wave to keep lights on, and couldn't adjust temperature of shower. Had to swap bulbs about between rooms to get ones that worked, lucky we weren't using all three rooms. Washing machine door cracked, weren't sure if it was safe to use so didn't try.

Spacious property in quiet location not far from the centre of Newcastle.

The water in the shower in the en suite didn’t drain properly; a large kitchen but very limited cooking implements provided, not even a colander. We were promised a cafetière by the agent, but it was as not delivered. The fittings are of a poor standard & the shelf acting as a bedside cupboard in the double room is at an angle.
