Ottima posizione, ma tutto è rotto e in cattive condizioni.

L'appartamento non era pulito. La lavastoviglie aveva acqua marcia e muffa all'interno. I mobili erano completamente rotti, tutti gli oggetti erano sporchi di polvere. Le pentole erano sporche di grasso. Le prese elettriche erano rotte.

"Comprare delle lampadine funzionanti...?"

Posizione buona in zona tranquilla.

Polverosa, mancante degli elementi più basici nella cucina come un asciugamano per mani, neanche una bottiglia d'acqua... Queste son solo un paio di cose. Forse quel che più ci ha messo in difficoltà è stata la mancanza di una lampadina funzionante (su 5-6 inserite nel lampadario) all'ingresso, essendo arrivati di sera e avendo rischiato di farci male entrando al buio più totale.

Please choose another location if you're looking for a flexible place regarding check-in. This place is horrible! Our train was delayed 15min and we called the property 2h earlier to let them know (check-in till 20:00) that we'll be there at 20:15 they didn't reply or pick up the phone. We had already paid and still this wasn't possible. We still decided to go by but nobody was there. We had to look at 20:15 for another place in Bologna! LOOK FURTHER!

Big apartment , nice location , facilities very good maybe like a restaurant ( just there was no glass at all ) , easy to reach center , check in should be more reflexable maybe there is a delay in your flight or bus ... It doesn't seem nice that check in just 15-20 .

Problem with parking!!! There are road repairs going on all around the house and it is impossible to find parking for a car.
