Suite 29A Olbia Center

Wir hatten einen rundum perfekten Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung! Die Wohnung war makellos sauber und ideal für zwei Personen – gemütlich, aber trotzdem geräumig. Die Lage ist einfach unschlagbar: zentral gelegen, sodass man alles bequem zu Fuß erreichen kann, und trotzdem angenehm ruhig. Ein besonderes Highlight war die schöne Terrasse, auf der wir morgens in der Sonne frühstücken und abends unter dem Sternenhimmel entspannen konnten. Der Gastgeber war außergewöhnlich freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar, wenn wir Fragen hatten – man fühlt sich hier wirklich willkommen und gut umsorgt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Accueil par Francesco, sympathique. toujours bien d'avoir un accueil physique qui facilite la relation et l'installation. maison proche du centre mais loin du bruit. intérieur propre, bien aménagé et designé avec un goût sûr de Francesco. on s'y sent bien. beaucoup de chose à disposition pour rendre notre sejour facilitant : du fer à repasser au parasol de plage en passant par du vin, à déguster au rooftop de la maison, magnifique 🤩. pendant notre séjour en sardaigne, nous avons fait 3 hébergements, celui-ci était le meilleur.

The apartment was even better than the photos! Super clean, the owner is really helpful and friendly, the apartment and the terrace are both beautiful. You had everything you needed in this place and I would definitely recommend!

The apartment is absolutely stunning, it's clearly well thought-out from the design, layout and interior aspects. The apartment was spotlessly clean and tidy when we arrived, and even included a bottle of wine which was much appreciated after a day of travelling. It has all the amenities you'd need for a perfect stay, including a small kitchen, coffee machine, washing machine, walk in rainfall shower, a gorgeous sun terrace with loungers and table/chairs for enjoying a morning coffee watching the sunrise or a relaxed meal in the evening. The location was perfect for exploring what Olbia has to offer, it was on a lovely quiet street, but within a 5mins walk you come to all the reasturants/bars/cafes/shops and attractions, there's also a supermarket within walking distance to stock up on food/drinks for the apartment. Francesco our host was outstanding, he met us at the apartment to welcome us and give us a quick tour of the apartment, show us where things are, and answer any questions we had. Throughout our stay he was on hand for any issues, information, or to help with anything, nothing was too much trouble for him. He was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful, we really couldn't have asked for anything better. Overall our stay in Olbia and the apartment was exceptional, we wouldn't hesitate to book again and would highly recommend to anyone looking at booking a stay here
