Suite 29A Olbia Center

The apartment was very comfortable and modern. The roof terrace was a great spot to relax. The location was brilliant for restaurants, bars and transport links. Francesco was very welcoming and helpful. I definitely recommend staying here if you visit Olbia.

Francesco is a great host! The apartment has everything you need, and if somehow it doesn't - you will have it within a day! Super comfortable place, so cozy and modern. Nice parking and restaurant nearby. Bus and train station is 5 min walk. Location is 10/10. Will be back for sure! Thank you so much. Such a great starting point to explore Sardegna

Great location, well designed and nicely refurbished old apartment in the middle of the old city. Highly recommended!

There is both free (markings painted in white) and paid (markings painted in blue) parking in nearby streets but a lot of streets in the old town are restricted traffic - so finding a spot can be a bit of a challenge at busy times. Everything is walking distance though, so not a major issue, more to just be aware.

Perfect location, the appartement is beautiful and the rooftop is great. Francesco was so nice. Don't hesitate to book if you are in Oblia !

Perfect location- central, safe, not too loud of a street. Francesco was incredible with responding to anything needed and organizing airport transfers.

Great location in Olbia city centre, but not noisy at all. Kitchenette includes a small sink, stove top, fridge and small washing machine. Francesco was very welcoming and always responded quickly (WhatsApp!) AC, TV, Wi-Fi… everything was working fine. There are no parking spaces at the property but there is street parking nearby with different daily rates and free parking at molo brin, which is a 5 minute walk away. Bakeries, cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies.. everything in walking distance. Towels & bathrobes were included and everything was clean. The sun terrace has a beautiful view and we had our breakfast there most days.

Not much to complain! There could have been more cutlery like sharp knifes, cutting board, kitchen towels etc. if you want to cook something from scratch but the basics were available. But as there are lots of restaurants and cafes nearby, we didn’t do much cooking anyway. ☺️ the sun-lounges on the terrace are comfy, but the shades were a bit loose and didn’t stay up. But no big issues 👍

Francesco is an awesome host. He was available all the time and the accomodation exceeded our expectations. It seemed like we were living there ourselves and we fell in love with the rooftop terrace where we spent most of our time. The city centre if just around the corner but the accomodation is in a quiet sideroad. Should we come back to Olbia, we'd definitely stay here again!

There's nothing we didn't like and even if there were, we could have told Francesco and we would have found a solution.

We had a wonderful time in Olbia, in a wonderful accommodation - great interior design, stylish, very well maintained. Very good location in the middle of the old town in a small, quiet street. And an excellent super nice host...we felt incredibly comfortable and can only recommend this house - thank you Francesco for your hospitality, warm welcome and that you were always there for us....
