C503 Woodstock Quarter

The presence of clicks, spar shops in the same complex made it very convenient for us.

The flat is full of cockroaches roaming all over. Cockroaches in the bread toaster, cockroaches on our bodies in bed at night, on the walls everywhere. Very very disgusting.

There were lots of cockroaches. Didnt smell clean curtains was dirty. we couldnt enjoy ourselfs because of our visitors (cockroaches) . we couldn’t leave our snacks because they were everywhere, not hygienic at all . we requested for doom which she said she will bring but clearly she did not so we had to buy our own which shouldn’t have happened. We had to investigate our bags to make sure we do not bring it home with us

Was very clean place and the staff was friendly. We will go there soon

Friday night stuff was unprofessional not willing to help us let's not talk about the agent that we were referred to she didn't answer a phone within have tag and they will also lot of cockroach. We also struggle to on a TV the stove and set drum we tried calling the agent but she was nowhere to get hold we only receive on Saturday the ages name is Isabel.

Poor service, we were given 06 towels for six days and it must be used by 04 people. There are cockroaches in the flat. Toilet papers were 04. No baggage plastic. TV was not working and we reported it on our arrival but it was not fixed. No ceiling fan or air conditioning.

Place was very nice only the cleanliness was not good

Venue

The apartment was spacious and the balcony was great as well made things easier for having the morning coffee and breakfast. The kitchen had adequate utensils to use. Every was working in the kitchen, stove, kettle etc were functioning properly. Towels were clean. Loved both bathrooms, clean and nicely fitted.

We received the wrong tag to access the lift, and that inconvenienced us every time we were going out as we had to be assisted by security guards and they were changing daily…we had to explain ourselves always that was not nice and the lady kept on promising she will bring knowing it’s a lie. There was no pool in the apartment at all, and that was the main reason I booked the apartment. The first bedroom linen were stained and that was so uncomfortable for my me, they should invest in proper bedding cos even the other bedroom bedding was not up to standard. Dust on the floor as if it was cleaned sometime ago, under the table we had to clean that area ourselves..
