Nice big room and bathroom

Abby goes the extra mile for her guests, the location is wonderful, fantastic house lovely breakfast and lovely host

There is to dislike everything is perfect

Room was spacious, bed super comfy and breakfast was was very tasty

loved everything about it

Host was lovely and made sure I could have a milk substitute for breakfast

Quiet location ideal for parking. Stunning view from room of the pond and across fields. Signposted from the road as 'The Newton' issued with direct instructions after booking. Abby 'host' couldn't do enough for me.

Not much not to like but little improvements. Bathroom separate from the room. Actually part of the house but away from hosts family. Room starting to show wear & tear with age.

The location is excellent for visiting lots of the Borders towns, villages and tourist attractions The host Abby was excellent, she delivers a first class services from the breakfast been local produce and well presented, housekeeping was prompt and friendly be well through to going that extra mile with friendly chat and local knowledge and information giving us the heads up on the rainy days we had during our visit....well done Abby your efforts, advice and help during our recent visit were very much appreciated by both of us ..thanks again...Paul and Debs
