The barns are in a lovely, quiet location. Always extremely clean and well maintained. The owners are very friendly and welcoming. We will definitely stay there again.

Well laid out modern barn in rural location ideal for 2 couples for short stays. Good shower room. Immaculately clean.

Parking was compromised - we had 2 large cars and negotiating these into the allocated space which had high kerbs and was adjacent to the entry gate was tricky. Negotiating spiral staircase with smooth treads at night-time.

Location, great views, very quiet, immaculately clean, well laid out property with good quality fittings and equipment. Very friendly host

The beds were far to soft - real issues with back pain as a result

The accommodation was brilliantly clean, and the view across the fields was magical.

There could have been more storage, especially for clothes. Perhaps a chest of drawers?

The Host was v nice ; the Barn was well cleaned. The Host left us a nice goody hamper with Beer and Prosecco ; which was sooo appreciated after a long drive !! . The Barn Room style is well thought out and different from a standard cottage.

The Mattresses too soft ; the Barns are not made for summer ; too hot ; the Host did give us Fans in all fairness ; bedsheets instead of Duvets would have been good for summer stay. Check out time too early ; I think check out time should be 11.30am so guests can enjoy a good breakfast and relax.

The whole experince was brilliant. Great value for money, amazing location - perfect for a weekend get away or even longer… The barn is modern and clean. The walk-in, waterfall-like shower is a treat! The beds were really comfy. The hosts were approachable and accommodating. In short, couldn’t have had a better experience and worth every penny. Look no further if you want to stay in Norfolk. We have been recommending to our friends and will definitely be back!

Very clean and modern.

Very well designed and equipped. Great shower and lovely large bathroom. Easy drive into Norwich. Terrace perfect for the right weather and such a quiet location! Walks directly from the property.

Small things would make a big difference: the mattress needs a topper (think another review says that) and 100% cotton sheets and duvet cover. Poly cotton not comfortable. Blackout linings on the windows would prevent dawn wakening for those who are light-sensitive!
