Not my best experience, before even arriving the hotels booking.com account was hacked and I received numerous identical phishing messages, despite sending several messages and emails to bloom (and booking.com) the weeks that followed the visit I got no reply from the hotel. As for the actual stay, the first night I was placed in room 001 which is basically attached to reception so I was woken up by the noise of people chatting to the receptionist (and what sounded like a conference call in the morning). To their credit they moved me to a much nicer room the second night but that landed up having no hot water, I reported this multiple times and they kept saying it would be fixed "in 5 minutes". Eventually, the next morning someone came to have a look and sort it out. They have a handy web chat that lets you request things but when I requested an iron I received one that didn't fit any of the plugs. When I let them know it took them about half an hour to bring up a adapter.
