"Short stay with multiple issues to attend to. Didn’t expect to pay 18k and receive such service. Absolutely disappointed"

The prompt response to the requirements but no solutions.

- The pungent smell from the toilets. - No basic amenities provided until asked for. - Chat service which I used referred me to contact the reception. Why do you have the chat service then? - Lighting falling from the ceiling in the washroom. - Smaller room compared to what is referred to.
