Nous avons séjourné deux nuits dans cet hôtel et notre expérience a été plutôt décevante. À notre arrivée, la chambre qui nous avait été attribuée (à l'étage, avec la vue) n'était pas très propre. De plus, il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude. Lorsque nous avons signalé le problème, le gérant a essayé de nous aider et nous a proposé de tester d'autres chambres. La chambre n°4 disposait bien d'eau chaude, mais elle avait une très forte odeur d'humidité, avec de nombreuses traces d'humidité sur les murs. Les toilettes n'étaient également pas très propres. Nous avons ensuite essayé la chambre n°3, mais celle-ci était partiellement inondée à cause de la douche. Finalement, nous avons dû prendre une douche dans la chambre n°4 puis retourner dormir dans notre chambre d'origine. Malheureusement, pendant la nuit, il a plu et le bruit sur le toit en tôle était extrêmement fort, ce qui a rendu le sommeil difficile. Entre cela et les chiens qui aboyaient à l'extérieur, nous avons très mal dormi. Le point positif est que le gérant a été aimable et a tenté de trouver des solutions aux différents problèmes rencontrés. Cependant, malgré les nombreux désagréments, aucun geste commercial n'a été proposé lorsque nous avons demandé si la deuxième nuit pouvait être offerte ou partiellement compensée. En résumé, le personnel est sympathique, mais l'état général des chambres et le manque de confort ne nous permettent pas de recommander cet établissement, en particulier les chambres situées à l'étage sous le toit en tôle.

The way to get to the hostel was dirty.

I had an amazing time at EB5 Escape! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The property is beautifully maintained, clean, and thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. Every detail – from the art interiors to the peaceful surroundings with nature – made the stay feel extra special. The yoga platform was plus too for self-guided meditation.

There is a small hill in route to the property but worth the walk due to getting an amazing view of the lake.

Shower was good and hot

The hill to this place is not to be under estimated. I would go so far as to say it's impossible for most people with a backpack. We walked it and it almost kilt us (we are a very fit couple). The room we got was also extreamly damp. We could smell it and feel it as soon as we walked in. The next morning our bags where wet from the dampness. The room was also covered in spider webs and big spiders. (Note to the cleaning staff. Pull out the bed and clean the cobwebs from along the bed) not great when there is spiders crawling in you in the middle of the night it's an easy fix you just need to remove all the cobwebs during each clean. Also a sign would help for directions.

The staff was friendly and brought towels when requested. Drinking water was provided which was appreciated.

The room we had (#4) smelled a bit musty/ damp, and the beds weren’t very comfortable. It is ok if you are trying to save some money.

The communication from the property was great.

Payment was only possible thru paypal, and I have no paypal. The bed was uncomfortable, I could feel all the springs in the bed and it was also cannoed already from the use. My room didnt have any furniture to place my clothes on. The room was very moist.

Perfect place to stay if you’re looking for a comfortable place at a very good price! The staff were kind enough to help us change to a different room with a view. This room was also good, though for a little extra cost we got one with a good view (the views there are great as it’s on a mountain). Note this room doesn’t have a view. Comfortable beds, great showers (strong pressure and warm), free drinking water Location was ok, a little out of town but still close enough, we were able to walk everywhere

Getting there with our backpacks was too hard as the road there is quite steep, so we just took a tuk tuk there. (Walking up/down without our backpacks was no problem though). While the accomodation is nice, the surrounding area isn’t very nice. Also can be loud at night because of the streets dogs and roosters, with ear plugs it was no problem though
