2 Bed - Apartment No. 1 Windsor Villas

Location was very good near the Hoe. Was very spacious and well equipped. Also great water pressure!! EV charging on site was also very helpful. Amazing customer service were always on hand at any time of day!

Only down side was a disused property next to the Apartment which was really unsightly. Also the neighbours on our first night was very noisy!

The property was spacious and clean. Lots of cutlery and cleaning items provided. The beds are extremely comfy. Washing machine provided along with a hairdryer. The decor is calm and to a good standard. Great heating system, was lovely and warm when we arrived.

The ground floor can be very noisy with people iver head. The rooms smelt a little damp and there was little patches on the wall where the plaster had bubbled.

Lovely spacious apparent in a great location - right by the Hoe and walking distance to town and the Barbican. We loved the size of the bedrooms and the beds (which are also very comfortable). The apartment had everything you would need for a short stay. Just the right level of cosy vs cluttered - it felt really homely. Free onsite Parking is a bonus - I’m not sure what it is like when all the apartments are rented out but there seemed to be ample space for cars.

Booking was more complicated than necessary with lots of check and a deposit to pay. Also, the apparent is basement flat and there is a slight smell of damp, but this is a minor negative compared to all the positive of the flat.

Location is excellent, on the Hoe and close to town. Having a private parking facility in this area is a big bonus, plus the use of an EV charger. Apartment is spacious and warm in winter.

There are a few things that could be improved, but none detracted from our stay. . No coffee machine, only a plunger pot. . No freezer, but a large fridge, we didnt need to use the freezer. . Kitchen table a bit small for 4 people, fine for 2. . Only 3 seets in the lounge, but there were only 2 of us.

Above is an 8 bed apartment. We were here over new year and obviously expect noise and music for new years eve..although lasted until 2am. On a normal daily basis u can hear everything from chairs moving to footsteps even the conversations being had ! I think it would be an idea for either good sound proofing or not renting the below 2 bed when the upper property is occupied. Couple of nights hard to sleep. Having said that if upper apartment was empty would definitely return to the beautiful apartment
