Spacious, location lovely living room

Kitchen was poorly equipped, insufficient cutlery, crockery and no tin foil or spices . Bathroom toilet flush kept falling out of the wall . Scaffolding up and builders noise at 8.15am .

We had a pleasant stay at this property near Water of Leith in Edinburgh. The apartment matched the pictures perfectly – spacious rooms with a large living area, a well-equipped kitchen, and a very generous hallway. The cleanliness was up to standard, and the private garden was a lovely addition for relaxing. The location was also great, close to local attractions and convenient for exploring the city. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Would recommend!

Unfortunately, our stay was affected by the unreliable WiFi, which was essential for us to work remotely. Despite the listing indicating WiFi availability, the signal was so weak that it was practically unusable. We had the correct password and connected, but the connection was too poor to load anything or have a conversation online. At times, I had to step outside into the garden just to upload a document. This lack of reliable internet forced us to pause work for the two days we were there, which was quite inconvenient. This is something that should be improved for future guests.

A bit distance walking uphill to the centre but it’s acceptable!
