Not one thing

The property has recently been renovated. The interior is well designed and very user friendly. We were two couples and the two bedroom, two toilet arrangement worked well. The kitchen was excellent and allowed us to eat in on a couple of nights and prepare breakfasts and lunches really easily. The living room was spacious and comfortable. The location was a bit of a walk to the main parts of Edinburgh but very acceptable. It was easy to get a taxi from the apartment if we needed to do so through capital taxis online booking service. This property was perfect for our needs.

We have a couple of small suggestions: 1) supply several trash bags so that we do not have to go shopping for them, 2) supply enough dishwasher blocks for the duration of the stay of the guests so that we do not have to buy a whole box, 3) provide written instructions (in a plastic sleeve) for the induction stove and oven for those who have never used one before. These are minor suggestions for improvement. Everything was really good.

Location was fab. Area lovely and felt very safe. Property very comfortable for 4 guests and really spacious.

Not enough towels or toilet rolls. Could add some basic kitchen supplies such as cooking oil and kitchen roll and more tea towels. The fridge was not totally clean and the dining table had crumbs on it when we arrived. Someone (a neighbour?) kept throwing bread and biscuits into the back garden which I nearly slipped on. The video sent prior to arrival didn't match in some ways, e.g. the video suggests the front door has 2 locks but it only has 1. There is also no number on the front door so it was confusing to identify the property when we arrived.

Nothing it was brilliant

Great location, lovely street, fantastic to have a garden, lovely light throughout the living spaces, cosy living room and dining area, good kitchen facilities and great to stay in a period property.

The area the key safe was hidden in could have been cleaner (there was quite a puddle and spiderwebs, so couldn't get to the safe without getting wet and spidered), the plumbing was an issue, there were some spiders in the flat (to be expected really) and would have liked provision of a few basic kitchen items such as salt and kitchen roll/kitchen towels.

The property was great, there were lots of space, the room were nice, big and clean and it was in a great location.

The place was great but many details are missing based on what a person needs both to cook and to wash clothes, everything else was great.
