Great location and info from host. Everything you need and more inside. Clean, cosy, modern, quiet location. Free Prosecco, coffee etc was much appreciated and info on area was well thought out. Loved it - would stay again

Boiler type flaring up noise rather loud a few times in the night.

Great location - beautifully presented and very comfortable property- good communication .

Needs a blackout blind in the front bedroom- bright lights shining on the window. Also a couple of hooks for hanging clothes would be useful.

Beautiful clean house, great location, very enjoyable stay. Prosecco in the fridge was a nice touch! 😊

The parking was a little confusing, no instructions to whether to park on the street or the car park opposite! Couldn’t find the parking permit so ended up paying for 24 hour overnight stay in the car park!

Very clean and warm, well equipped except for a pair of scissors. Superb location for the town of Beverley with many individual shops and cafes. We would highly recommend it

The only real negative thing was the lack of curtains in the front bedroom as there is a street light immediately outside and there could be more information about the bins and recycling

The location was excellent and the property was really lovely. The decor was lovely and the layout of the house was very well thought out. There was fully equipped kitchen with tea, coffee, sugar and some milk satchets to get you started. There is a washing machine and dryer and also the bonus of downstairs loo. The complimentary bottle of Prosecco was a nice touch. The bed and pillows were super comfy and there was a television in both bedrooms except the one in the back bedroom wasn't working which did not detract from our stay. The communication with the owner was very informative and helpful and he arranged a parking permit for us on the day.

I would have liked pillow protectors on the pillows, and the towels were lovely, but I would have liked the option of larger bath towel/sheet. There was no complimentary shower gel or shampoo and conditioner, so bear that in mind when you are booking. I had brought my own shampoo and conditioner but thought that shower gel may have been provided, especially at that price point. The addition of disposable shower caps would be nice touch. The people living next door decided to start a house party at 3.30am which was extremely loud and went on until 6.10am which meant we had a disturbed night's sleep with one of us being awake for the duration of party. We are aware that this is out of the owner's control but needs to be noted.
